PALM SUNDAY WORSHIP

Sunday morning worship at 9:30 am

Holy Week, a week of remembrance for Christians, begins with Palm Sunday.  On this Sunday, the atmosphere is festive, as we commemorate Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem. Worship includes a joyful time when the congregation waves palm branches and shouts "Hosanna!" But there is a paradox here, because just as we celebrate, we know what comes next in the story-rejection, betrayal and crucifixion.

Thankfully, we also know that there is a surprise waiting for us just around the corner on Easter Sunday!

GOOD FRIDAY WORSHIP

Worship Service at 7:00 pm

Before the Easter Alleluias ring out, the rest of the story must unfold. On Good Friday, the worship service leads us through the shadowy last hours of Jesus’ life on earth.  During the service, scriptures are read and candles are extinguished one by one as the events of Holy Week are revealed.  We leave in silence to ponder the impact of Christ's death and await the celebration of the coming Resurrection.

EASTER WORSHIP

Worship is at 9:30 am.

This Sunday coffee will be served in the Narthex before worship!

There will be no Kids.Connect or SPLAT! Youth Group on Easter Sunday. Children of all ages are invited to join their families in worship and gather afterwards for an Easter Egg Hunt. Bags for egg collecting will be provided.
